Making a booking
Submit a booking form on this website, message us on WhatsApp or e-mail us. You receive a booking reference immediately. This is a request, not a confirmation.
Confirmation
We check availability and reply with a firm price and what is included. Your booking is confirmed once you accept in writing and any payment required has been arranged.
Payment
Online card payment is not enabled on this website. Payment is arranged directly with our team once we confirm availability. We will tell you the available methods when we reply.
We never request card numbers by e-mail, WhatsApp or telephone, and no card details are stored on this website.
Deposits, balance and currency
Whether a deposit is required, how much it is and when the balance falls due are stated in the written confirmation we send you, before you pay anything. Excursions booked while you are already on the island are often settled differently from a safari booked months in advance, which is why we set this per booking rather than as a single rule.
Your quote states the currency it is priced in. Where you pay by bank transfer, your bank and any intermediary bank may deduct charges, and those charges are yours. Please send the amount which leaves the full quoted sum with us.
Beware of impersonation

If you receive payment instructions from any other address or number, or instructions to send money to an account name which is not ours, do not pay. Contact us on the number above and check first.
On the day
We confirm your pickup time the evening before. For tide-dependent excursions this time changes day to day.
Children
Child rates, where they apply, are stated in your quote. Some activities have minimum age or weight requirements, which are listed on the relevant tour page.
Special requirements
Tell us about dietary needs, allergies, mobility requirements and medical conditions when you book, so we plan around them rather than discovering them on the day.
