We also record the page you sent the form from and the time you sent it.

To reply to your enquiry, to check availability with our suppliers, to arrange your booking and to contact you about the trip you have asked for.
What we do not collect
We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details or any payment credentials on this website. No payment gateway is connected to this site.
Who we share it with
Only with the suppliers needed to deliver your trip: the hotel you are booking, the guide or driver assigned to your excursion, the safari operator and any airline for internal flights. We share the minimum needed.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and bookings are kept in our system so we can answer questions about past trips and handle repeat bookings.

Your rights
Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete your details. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
Keeping it safe
This website runs over an encrypted connection. Enquiries and bookings are stored in the website database on our hosting account, reachable only by the members of our team who arrange trips. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.
Sending your details abroad
Delivering your trip means sharing some details outside your own country, because the hotel, camp, guide and airline are in Tanzania. By booking with us you accept that this is necessary to arrange the trip you have asked for.
Making a complaint
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, write to info@zanmaldivetours.com and we will look into it. If you live in a country with a data protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
